- There is no onboarding at all. - Management often demands for non-payable overtimes. - Almost no possibility to keep work-life balance. - There were no HR management and inner culture. - Because of continuous pushing with new tasks from top management dev teams didn`t have enough possibilities to work with tech debt. - Pretty strange structure of subordination between developers, product managers and top management. - Huge lack of testing of the new features and of existing logic also. - High level of the staff turnover. - There were almost no documentation at all levels. - Corrected statistics (for better impressions) in advertisements and proclamations - sometimes actual and advertised have had differences for almost 10 times. - Sometimes it looked like product managers do not have any actual product requirements from sales team.
