Pros
By and large, I had a great experience working at SmartFiber. The huge variety of projects that I had the opportunity to both lead and contribute to really fast-tracked my learning and helped me to gain so many new business skills. My co-workers were kind and knowledgeable and I always looked forward to opportunities to work on larger team projects because I knew whatever we were supporting/building/managing would grow as a direct result of our effort. Opportunities for professional development were great - I was encouraged to tinker with new technologies, processes, tools, etc.

For me, most of the cons were related to the virtual nature of the organization. Working from home can be an adjustment, and at times you feel like you're off working by yourself on an island.
