Not worth the stress and frustration for software engineers - Software Engineer bei SmartCrowd: Mitarbeiterbewertung

Unfortunately, I did not find any significant pros during my time here.

The engineering leadership demonstrates very limited technical knowledge, which makes it frustrating for experienced engineers. Project management practices are weak, with shifting priorities and unrealistic expectations. There is also a tendency for misrepresentation of technical capabilities, which creates confusion and wasted effort. The overall environment is not supportive for professional growth or building good software.

The greatest strengths of working here are the fact that team is quite tight knit - especially when it comes to discussions or anything you need, there is enough support from everyone around. Even though there are levels to work, we can still talk to each other freely and get good feedback as needed.

Office space is running out from a fast growing culture ;)
