Some of the BUs are start up environments and not perfect for people who like large CO.

Actually decent pay. Can sometimes/rarely be flexible with working hours. You will work with large, high profile clients.

Barely ever paid on time, there doesn't seem to be a set payroll date. The company provided insurance is the bare minimum. Communication is poor, and isolation from your coworkers is high. Empty promises from management with no follow-through. The main manager can be rude/berating at times.
