- bipolar communication : asking you to share your opinion, but not happy when you share it - People preference : certain persons have a gold path (like friends of the managers), others have not and must keep to their place and be careful - Some managers can be really hard to work with because of their behavior - Weird ambiance, mixing excitement and fear.
