      Slack was the absolute best place to work pre Salesforce acquisition.

      Impossibly fast change, questionable leadership decisions, product decisions feel half baked, absolutely enormous company with frequent layoffs. You're definitely just a number here.

      Coworkers are smart, kind, and supportive. Good product. Interesting problems to solve.

      Culture has lost its way a bit under Salesforce. Tight budget, hiring freezes, and tight ACV goals and deadlines have changed priorities across the company for the worse. Stock isn't doing well.
