      - vesting cycle ended an additional grants/re-ups were not compelling enough - acquired by salesforce where I had already worked for 8-9 yrs previously - I want to move into a company that is a bit more vertically focused on HR or FinTech

      Culture has lost its way a bit under Salesforce. Tight budget, hiring freezes, and tight ACV goals and deadlines have changed priorities across the company for the worse. Stock isn't doing well.
