Pros

Good entry level role for experience in call centers and IT services Industry generally. Being a small company good opportunities to gain experience in multiple areas of the frontline business. Office is well setup, generally good fun culture within the entry level teams.

Kontras

Worst management I have ever seen. Alot of favoritism, and general schemy behavior. Gas Lighting and promises they have zero intention of delivering on. Pay scale is very low for the industry, will not increase as your responsibilities or position changes. Real lack of investment in systems and support - alot of pressure on the Engineering Department to hold it all together. If you treat it like an entry level role to gain some experience for a couple of years it's worth it - but there is no progression long term. You would be much better off moving elsewhere after a few years.

Pros

The work itself isn't that bad talking to customers is certainly something you get used to. It can be quiet so there's some down time to just work on emails or speak to colleagues but most of the time it is busy and the days go by quite fast.

Kontras

You'll be asked to work overtime a lot and you might feel the need to say accept. If you're a yes man they will take advantage of you so you need to learn to say no. Staff are friendly most of the time but they are poorly managed, there's not really a hierarchy like most jobs, instead everyone who isn't new is your boss and they all disagree with each other on how to run the place. So you'll find that there's inconsistencies in what your job requirements are. You'll also find the issues that are reoccurring that customers complain about are never fixed for months if not years so you'll eventually just become desensitized to it. Basically have to accept even though they're not a large company your impact will be small and things never seem to really change that much. Not a lot of room to move up either so if you need a pay rise better to go some place else.
