      Great pay, good benefits, per diem for travel work, traveling for free is nice, everyone you work with a skillwork helps as best they can to get you working as soon as you need or desire.

      Kontras

      Due to the nature of production/manufacturing and long hours the work life balance is none existent. Travel with your family or do this if you have nothing to leave behind.

      Owner & sons were great. Faith Based. Good business model.

      Sales leadership, love the faith based business but really weird culture socially, benefits are expensive, HR has too many personal relationships & causes distrust for individuals outside of those circles.
