Two things and these will make me eventually resign as will others. As an adult professional I'm forced to share a room for company sales meetings. This is absurd and something I did with an entry level sales position in my first sales job. As a professional, the thought of going to a meeting and being forced to share a room just sucks, this will make me resign. I can say that 100% of the sales team resents this and it's a major issue. The 401k is awful, enough said.
