None. Total waste of 8 months being strung along told that I was already hired through them but would have to wait on a client contract. I went through
projects, one interview, and was never placed. The recruiters wasted my time for literally 8 months with no job offers.

Wait time, pay (60k for all tech roles outside of major suburban areas like NYC), lack of communication, expecting applicants to lie about their experience in interviews, bait and switch tactics for which jobs are actually available, expectation to wear a suit and tie for an online make believe interview with the company that doesn't actually lead anywhere
