Thanks for your review. We pay our development team a range of salaries based on experience, level of certification and demonstration of an ability to produce quality work. As a family-oriented company, our typical workweek is M-F, and workday is 9-5, with a few notable exceptions for Monday huddles and Monthly huddles, where we start 30 minutes earlier. While projects do sometimes require implementation work outside normal business hours, it's rare for a team member to do more than 33 billable hours in a week. I'm surprised to hear our toolset described as limited - I'd argue we have too many tools, and we are regularly trying to identify ways to reduce the set or consolidate it. Finally, it was not over-expenditure that required us (as an Open Book company that plays The Great Game of Business) to revoke part of our previously paid profit sharing, but a clerical error, which was shared openly with the team. To be clear, the impact of this correction was twofold: 1) We reduced the final quarter payout and 2) we adjusted our process for auditing the bonus numbers to improve accuracy and avoid future corrections.
