No boring, repeating and redundant work, everything is goal based.

Medical benefits are not great, very basic health plan and parents are not covered by default. The Sum insured is very less. Company does not offer many things that can help us avail tax benifits that generally big companies offer like Corporate NPS, Car lease, Gift cards etc.
