Great Culture with very friendly and informative bosses. The company is also in an industry that will continue to grow substantially considering the issues we have in this Country with Cyber-Security in both the Government and Private Sectors. A good base pay when you consider the bonus potential.

Company has a high churn rate with regards to customers which directly impacted bonuses of their employees. (Myself included) There were 2(back-to-back) months where our inbound sales team did not receive our commissions despite passing our monthly goal as a team entirely. Just one example of some of the growing pains the company faced while I was there. Also, and probably most notably, I heard that the commission tiers and structure has changed thus making it a less lucrative company to work for.
