Transparency on the future of the company is non-existent, recognition for the 60+ hour weeks we have been working for over a year comes in the form of "get excited for all the work we still have to do" and headcount has not increased to manage the workload outside of the company hiring some new executive of some nonsensical position every other week. Furthermore, politics and backstabbing are commonplace. The former companies were siloed and inefficient in terms of workflow and certain employees will try to blame others for this to improve their standing.
