You are given the opportunity to work on a lot of different accounts in different industries so there is not a lot of monotony. The office is very close knit. You will learn a lot and be given a lot of opportunities that you won't receive elsewhere if you can prove to management that you are capable.

There is not a lot of mentorship here. You are thrown into a lot of responsibility very quickly without much training.
