      • Good benefits • Job isn't stagnant • Ability to advance career locally via different jobs, get a lot of experience and understanding of broadcasting. • Get some hires who are committed to good news.

      • Some management make terrible hires • Certain jobs are way below average pay, even after many years • Corporate political leanings, completely ignorant of local news and well-being of workers
