      I liked the people I worked with but that's honestly about it

      - Mandatory overtime on weekends and there's no weekend shift to help out so you're stuck by yourself - Managers typically don't defend you - Bad bonuses - Will contact you outside of work hours even as a level 1

      Company chosen Holiday Pay Bonuses, Yearly pay increases for quality of life/operator advancements, onsite restaurant and gym.

      Pros

      Starting hourly pay is good for this geographic area. Benefits are good.

      Kontras

      If your in your 60's don't plan on SIMTRA hiring you unless you have some fantastic background in injectable drugs or perhaps a temp agency picks you up. If a Temp Agency does hire you, don't plan on working there too long. I've also seen them keep people with felonies and let veterans go.
