On tech: We’re continuously evolving our platform, and while no system is perfect, we don’t rely on manual QA to keep things running. Our engineering teams are actively improving automation, scalability, and performance.
On project management: We move fast because we’re ambitious. Priorities shift, but that’s the reality of scaling a high-growth company. We aim for focus while staying adaptable.
On career growth: We believe in creating opportunities and investing in talent. Many team members have grown their careers here, but we recognize not every experience is the same.
On team changes: These decisions are never easy, and while restructuring is sometimes necessary, we do not take it lightly.
