      As its a startup you will learn lots of things.

      Kontras

      Not good for long term goals. Ownera never ever paying salary on time. But expecting all work to be done on time. Need to work almost 10 to 11 hrs for a day.

      Pros

      I was recruited at Simply Compete from the campus placement drive. I was working for an year. I took over many work profiles during this period. The CEO and CTO are very supportive and understanding. I was trained from scratch and given opportunities to work on various technologies. Simply Compete gave me lot of learning opportunities. The collaborative environment helps you understand the entire platform, unlike most MNCs.
