Super fast paced environment focused on growth. Not the right place for someone just trying to do as little as possible to get a paycheck but if you’re someone who puts in the hard work you will be rewarded.

Same as the pros. It can be a lot of work at times but some people find that fast-paced environments are more rewarding than slow, boring environments.

Work from home snd can be flexible.

Low base pay and even lower commission structure that does not align with industy standards. They dont give out raises to sales people, even 5 years in youll be told to sell more instead. No value to current sales people. Management is very toxic and disorganized. New procedures and process roll outs monthly with no actual implementation. Extensive travel using own vehicle and reimbursement reports for thousands. No growth opportunities because the company is faiiling and there is mass exodus of talent in the past year or two which will continue. Some of the best sales people ive worked with here and are treated like none other than a mcdonalds order taker.
