Not a single pro, unless you count being part of a pyramid scheme a pro.

- no payment at all for 3 months work - staff don't care about you, only the money that you bring them in the form of sales - they lie in the interview and make it sound like it's an office based job with a minimum wage and a good environment, hah, it is door to door sales with no minimum salary (purely commissions based) with little to no breaks for 8+ hours, not a company at all, it's a scam. - the staff are dropping like flies because they arent payed, they're overworked and they're unappreciated.

- Great 1 to 1 training - huge support system - fun modern culture - great for work life balance

- Sales in general can be difficult but just like any job it's not for everyone.
