No personal life & Plenty of stress - Mitarbeiter (anonym) bei SimBT: Mitarbeiterbewertung

There is one big con : Employers And all the rest of the cons go under this category because they are the cause of all problems. You have to work at least 10-12 hours a day just to make them happy, you have to work on Saturdays sometimes also on Sundays. No work / personal life balance, no respect from employers, no holidays, no good salary...All colleagues I know from here were under great stress and depression while they were still working in SimBT and I should say that everyone feel relieved after resignation.
