My Opinion - Mitarbeiter (anonym) bei SiliconDev: Mitarbeiterbewertung

-Salary is always in time and good for Italy -Flexible timetable (It's not thanks them)

-no course training at all -no interest in training employees -you're only a number, no career opportunities -no investment in new technologies -managers doesen't find new jobs or contracts, only the same sub/sub/sub contract for others enterprise -managers never reply to employees request (courses, training...) -area manager are ghost...

- decent salary for italy market - some of the TAMs are good if they have interest - many clients

- some of the TAMs are good if they have THEIR OWN interest - worked with some too much low technical PM - no growth inside the company
