It's hard to find a fully remote company these days. Signifyd is fully remote and the four day workweek is a huge bonus. My worklife balance here is the best it's ever been in my career, but more important than that, I feel that the work I'm doing is meaningful and impactful. The transparency around company performance has also been new for me in my career. I appreciate how much the exec team shares with employees. We still talk about DEI and emphasize DEI in the hiring process and I very much so appreciate that.
