Well established company that has a very good reputation for quality and innovation in the market. International brand awareness makes the sales process easier. Large corporation ensures employee rights are followed in a fair and ethical manner. Inclusive workplace due in part to being a multi-country employer.

Somewhat left to figure it out yourself. Must be a self-starter that doesn't need much
supervision. Can feel isolated when you first start and don't have many internal connection points. Takes a while to navigate processes and learn who's who and where to go for answers.

Upper management is rudderless. No real plan to become profitable. Constant layoffs and the culture is awful. Everyone is burned out and sick of this company. No future here
