In a long term view, not recommended as there is not much focus on Bangalore site, more focus on Gurgaon and Central office which is Eindhoven. Projects are not given to Bangalore, Eindhoven is insecure about giving good work to Bangalore as they look at it as though we Indians are "stealing" their jobs. They are simply running the show to just have a shop in India because Bangalore is the "IT hub".
Dont expect trainings for employees. No career development plan in place. Attrition is increasing day by day. Its a shame.
Versus Philips healthcare which has grown leaps and bounds, especially in Bangalore site. Philips Healthcare has made Philips Innovation Center, equivalent to centers in US, Europe and China. Whereas, Signify Bangalore has absolutely zero visibility. No dedicated site head at Bangalore. No focus/ No clarity in vision.
