A few of the employees have the entitled attitude (most have left thank goodness), it is annoying when people think they do not have to work to get paid.

It is always the banks fault. No matter which bank is being used. **Minimal benefits package. **Misleading new employment candidates and clients by indicating there are more employees to handle the work load than are actually available. ** In the last year approximately 12 employees from technology, customer service, marketing, accounting have resigned as a result of dissatisfaction with the company. This is a small company of approximately 20 - 25 full time employees so a loss of that many employees in a short time frame speaks volumes. ** Outdated equipment and systems resulting in regular breakdown, loss of internet and phone accessibility. **Changing or denying policies that were verbally agreed upon.
