Pros
Other than it being a clean and new building...None really. Poorly managed. Poorly staffed. Poorly supplied. Even the food was a complete mess day in and day out.
Kontras
The admin was NOT up to the task of a new start up. Quick to assign blame to others and then try to intimidate or retaliate when push came to shove. Nurses and CNA's were leaving the facility like it had a revolving door. We were concerned with the poor patient care and our licenses! Not because of poor nurses....but inadequate staffing, training (no policies in place for anything!) All admin leadership was out the door every day at 5 or earlier and never there on weekends. No meds available on a routine basis! Even when stat ordered the turnaround was 4 hours! If it even came at all!
