Abusive Workplace - Sales bei Signature Engraving Systems: Mitarbeiterbewertung

This place breeds abusive relationships with the employees. On a number of occasions, employees were thrown under the bus to their face or behind their backs. Between lies of a flexible schedule and commissions on engravables sales you quickly learn that this management is not to be trusted. My Final Straw was when I was called a failure multiple times in one verbally abusive conversation. My notice was given the next day. When convincing me to stay, I was told I was just about due for a promotion and could make up to $100k, even though my hourly rate was $12 doing the work of 2 different positions. I've never worked in a company that treated me with such disrespect. I cannot recommend this company to anyone: prospective employees or customers.
