Pros
Pat was such a positive at the Brooklyn Center office! She was always joyful and she would take you under her wing and laugh or cry with you. Also, I had some friends.
Kontras
They basically pay you in peanuts while the upper management gets paid the big bucks. They definitely do not hire the right people for the "managerial" jobs. Especially Order Management and Customer Service. People get yelled at and scolded for the littlest things and when something happens, they threaten to take away your Profit-Sharing for the year. Because, you know, you did nothing to help contribute to that... Overall, once I was out I saw it for what it really was - a company that cares more about money than their employees. Thank goodness I left when I did.
