Die mexikanischen Kollegen sind klug und vorausschauend. Sie versuchen, dieses Unternehmen in das 21. Jahrhundert zu führen.

Ein guter alter Knabenclub hat die Oberhand. Mitarbeiter aus den Standorten in Oklahoma arbeiten mit der Mentalität der 1980er Jahre. Das Computersystem ist ein blauer Bildschirm mit einem blinkenden weißen Cursor (keine Lüge). Sie sagen immer nur: "So haben wir es schon immer gemacht." Inkompetenz und Arroganz werden belohnt und Intelligenz wird abgewiesen. Kein Karriereweg in diesem schwerfälligen Unternehmen und noch schlimmer für Frauen. Nur eine Frau im Personalbestand des CEO ist symbolisch Personalvertreterin. Nicht wettbewerbsfähige Gehälter, Urlaub und nationale Feiertage. Keine Krankenversicherung für inländische Partner. Boni auf der Grundlage von Unternehmensergebnissen, nicht von individuellen Zielen und Vorgaben. Es gibt nur Möglichkeiten für die Einstellung von Kumpanen. In diesem Unternehmen herrscht Mittelmäßigkeit, und dynamische, intelligente Mitarbeiter werden entlassen, weil sie ihre Vorgesetzten in den Schatten stellen. Arbeiten Sie nicht für Sigma/Bar-S Foods. Die Umwelt ist negativ und toxisch.

Salaries are below average. If you're Hispanic, you may be very well doing less than the rest of the people with the same role. Started remote, pushed gradually to RTO more than the days role required because of manager's power trip. Be prepared many of your days in a month to be fully taken to ever lasting meetings in a room with lunch time included there. If you have social anxiety, you're doomed. Never heard of a company that can move you to a new team as if you were a chess piece. They will move you to open space for new people that are relatives to other employees. Nest of nepotism coming from the allies that have been growing their buddies' club. Year reviews are done with a group of people to rate you, without you being present nor knowing anything about what was said. Only until after your score has been decided, you can find out. This will be the result of what comes in your evaluation, not from your real results. Unfairly, managers don't get rated by reports. It's a roulette, you could land at a great team or be prepared for a very toxic experience. In my 15 years of experience never felt so unsafe in expressing myself than there. Many people won't reply to your messages on Teams, even after a few messages were exchanged already, I found this rude and unfortunately a very widespread practice across different teams. As long as you have a good standing with managers you'll survive. Overall it can turn really toxic. I'm even surprised Glassdoor's ratings are that high. Last but not least, don't trust anyone, just talk about the weather until you find someone nice to talk to.
