Poor management structure. Management doesn't actively listen. If you bring up issues even with solutions it just ends up with you being thought of as a trouble maker. The people that took the company from 10 people to 50 people are not necessarily the people that can manage the company of 300 people and more Middle management in Engineering have not set up the group for success. Engineering is what the whole company is built around, and as that group is very poorly structured it causes issues across the company.
