Leadership is not great. Constantly changing strategy, unclear goals, a lot of chaos. You're promised a certain pay, but at the last minute, you're told you aren't getting paid. Their product is okay, but the selling ethics and morals made me uncomfortable. You're encouraged to lie to prospects, which I don't agree with at all. Senior leadership does not care at all about diversity and inclusion. Outwardly spoke out against non-binary employees, making them feel uncomfortable in their work environment.
