Management continues to make poor recruitment choices to save money. - Some permanent staff were also fairly incompetent; for example, one team member knew how to configure something in CMS and had been doing a particular task for over a year but one day, suddenly said they "forgot" how to do it. This was literally a one-click task... Keep in mind that these are very small examples contributing to large problems causing everyday discontent and frustration.
