I was hired fairly early for a start-up, because the CEO (Fred) and President (Sam) wanted to ensure that Shield had a strong company culture as the foundation, not something you'd see in a lot of start-ups. It was very refreshing, and what makes coming into the office a lot of fun.

The one thing I don't like about working at Shield is my commute. It's with traffic, which isn't fun. Otherwise, I really do enjoy coming into the office each day, working with a really fun, smart, and talented bunch of people.
