The PIMs itself is a great product with continued evolution to keep it contending with all the big names in the veterinary space (as of this post).

Once you understand the "culture" of the small team you begin to understand it is not an inclusive environment where personal beliefs are respected and professional ideas are allowed to shine. Management feeds sunshine and rainbows until they decide you don't fit the mold, whether you've consistently put in the work or not. There is nothing professional about the management here. Benefits are incredibly meager given the talent they look to bring on.
