Underpaid, undervalued as an employee, NO job security, store management nightmare (no steady or long-term store manager), not enough personal, sick, and vacation days

-scheduled breaks
-full time while still having three days off a week
-set rotating schedule
-pto and bonuses after the first month or two
-overall decent atmosphere but could be different for other places
-pretty forgiving points system
-comprehensive training program makes it a lot easier to jump into things if you are new
-VERY competitive pay and benefits
-employee discounts and stock

-can be a bit strict about procedures but that is also a good thing
-can have shift inequality
-depending on location and crew size, it can be overwhelming at first
-for this position specifically, switching between stores and crews who have different expectations, cultures, and rules can be a bit difficult to get used to at first

Bad management can turn the store into a nightmare.
Can be overwhelming at times with how few people they want working each shift.
Alot of tasks and responsibilities which can be overwhelming if store is extremely busy.
Customers that come to sheetz can be a little crazy.
