Managerial pay is good, when the store is allowed to perform.
Kontras
Employees are coddled and given too much freedom to the point that it makes responsibility 100% optional. This may appeal to you if you are lazy and have no desire to work together as a team, but otherwise it is a huge barrier. Sheetz has become too big for their own good and will be on their way down. It's a shame too, because it used to be a good, reputable, family company to work for.
