Pros

Good benefits, friendly co-workers, unique environment to utilize graphic design knowledge, great way to get into the print industry. Company picnics/pizza parties. Mostly open-door policy with management.

Kontras

Not much room for growth in customer service, mainly lateral movement. Also, any mechanical issues in printing pushed back a lot of customer orders, and the high-value orders were given higher priority over all others. Upper management did not want reps to contact low-value order customers about these delays, which resulted in a lot of unhappy customer calls, and no recompense to maintain rapport.

Nothing anymore. They werent making enough so they kept cutting down more and more..
