Sharp is an excellent place to grow and excel in a variety of positions. The people at all levels are friendly and helpful and teamwork is vastly promoted through the company culture. The tasks are meaningful, necessary, and understandable.

Owner will cut corners on products, lie to dealers and vendors, and look for any way to cheat any Americans. He is very racist - thinks anyone who isn't Asian is stupid and dishonest. Very demeaning and insulting to employees.
