Whew! There isn’t enough space provided to list them all. There is no such thing as training. You better figure it out! They are just now coming up with training modules, THIS year, but have been around for what? 110 years? Corporate is a joke. Seriously. They give directives for branches but don’t have a clue of what’s going on themselves. UNREALISTIC EXPECTATIONS is the motto for this company. They push push push sales and do not care about how the sale is made, even if it’s unethical. They use weeks old data analysis to perform current inventory audits. Makes no sense. Good ol boy system. As long as you do your job and those of 3 or 4 others, and don’t say a word, you have nothing to worry about. No team collaboration whatsoever, it’s sad. All departments within the branch I worked in was segregated. Play the blame game and you’ll do great. If you have no other options, use this for a few of the little paychecks they give you and get out!! My direct reports tried to warn me. There is no structure. Every rule has an exception which becomes the norm. Unfair treatment in the workplace is an understatement. There is no culture at all and they really don’t care about the employees. They didn’t even give employees merit raises for yearsssss. There is no incentive working for Sharp. You literally get nothing but a paycheck, most holidays off, and maybe a couple pizza parties out of the year. Worst place I have ever worked. Good luck!
