Pros

In the beginning health care was company paid. Many coworkers became really great friends. Paid company shut down for 2 weeks in December.

Kontras

In the end we had to pay for health care. Pay raises were reduced until they just stopped. The union had horrible representation. Management showed favoritism, had bad attitudes and mismanaged often. Workers were not informed of a plant closure until the month before closing.
