Pros
While employed at Sharp, I was trained rather well on the finer points of the products. Training took about month and it was indeed intense and rigorous.
Kontras
The downside of working for this particular branch of Sharp is management. I spent over 20 years in the Army and never had to experience poor leadership as I had to endure at Sharp. Management wanted me to do unethical things in order to close a deal. Management did not follow the employee handbook and even got upset with me when I brought this to their attention.
