      Great pay and work life balance. Felt very valued and had amazing training. Lots of room for growth.

      I personally didn't have any cons besides the commute was too far, which says nothing on the company.

      Competitive salary. Generous PTO and vacation accrual. Good benefits package. Opportunities for growth and development.

      Ongoing management turnover and staffing shortages. Difficulty hiring enough managers to properly support the business. The culture the company promotes no longer feels as strong as it once did, resulting in a less positive work environment.
