      some discount on food, good training

      rude managers, would tell me to clean the bathroom and then scream at me for not doing so when I was just waiting for the guest to finish using it.

      Competitive salary. Generous PTO and vacation accrual. Good benefits package. Opportunities for growth and development.

      Ongoing management turnover and staffing shortages. Difficulty hiring enough managers to properly support the business. The culture the company promotes no longer feels as strong as it once did, resulting in a less positive work environment.
