Horrible Company - Assembly Line Worker bei Setex: Mitarbeiterbewertung

This company has the worst leadership i've ever seen! Between team leaders, supervisors, and the HR department, they have the slightest idea how to run the company and keep their good employees. Employees are nothing more than a clock number that they have to submit a pay check to. You'll hardly ever see the supervisors or the HR on the floor so they have no real idea what is actually happening on the floor or what the team leaders are like to work under. You have no chance of moving up in the company unless you are related to someone in management or sleeping with someone in management. The company straight up doesn't care about the employees! We are just a number.
