Pros

No Pro , Since Arnab Mukherjee left and new CTO came who became CEO Earlier Session Ai had a 4.8 Employee rating , Now it's I guess under 3.5 , Sums up everything . When I joined there was 130+ employees , after that the fired nearly 100 employees , still they looses customers , There are people at the top who keeps knowledge to them only , never shares anything unless you ask them , and at a first glance how do you know it if you haven't knowledge of the parts before , The top management kept firing everyone , while they sit at top and relax , while the thing should be other way around , these guys taking huge chunks of money and failed to deliver .

Kontras

I got the job from college placement , For the first 6 months in my learning phase I had windows where entire team apart from me had Mac , I was even got 1 lakh less salary compared to my peers , So there is huge salary disparity in the company . If you are human , Don't ever come here . You will regret , I wish I would have joined other company during college placement instead of joining this circus party

Pros

Some smart people doing their best in a terrible environment.

Kontras

If I could sum up my time here in one word, it’d be EXHAUSTING. The CEO is all smiles when things are going well, but totally disappears when real leadership is needed. There’s no clear vision, no strategy, and honestly, no clue what’s going on half the time. You’re left trying to do your job in a constant state of confusion and fear while leaders at the top play the blame game whenever something goes wrong. It’s a high-pressure environment where you feel like you’re always being watched or set up to fail. Upper management is rude and out of touch, and they’ve created a culture where people are afraid to speak up. Feedback is either public humiliation or radio silence, and when layoffs hit, they didn’t even offer severance. The whole setup feels brutal, disrespectful, and honestly kind of ridiculous for a company that pretends to care about its people.
