Pros
Good place to start a career if you never worked before (easy interviews), it gives you an overview on how to work in an international environment, on your own and in a team. You can make friends easily. Little perks if you achieve team targets (dinners out).
Kontras
Call center kind of job (they give more importance to the quantity than quality of the calls). Some micro management tendency that should be avoided (some managers even keep count of the times you need to use the toilet...!) No real career growing opportunity: if they understand you're good they will stress you a lot and ask you for more and more. Then, when you ask for what you normally expect after all your hard work, they make up excuses and make it harder for you to get a promotion (process can take up to 1y and there is not a clear path). You are very limited to a role of administration / upsell / cross sell with little autonomy and visibility on the deal (e.g. To get a deal closed you can reach either customers or distributors and you can't overstep the account you are assigned to - but this I guess it's normal when working in an outsourcing company).
