Boys club mentality, very poor career progress for people not being friend with the big boys. The latest emerging leaders were not chosen for their great sales or targets no but smiling nicely at the management or are friend with the Site boss. Horrible bullying lower management that wouldnt get hired at any other company or get fired in an instant for bullying. Apart from micromanagement they do not know anything about the account they are working for. Latest promotion to one of the biggest accounts? The guy with a truckload of complaints from other employees for being a racist bully. And thats the people managing the second biggest client of the company. Benefits are very poor. Health insurance not for families and below industry standard. Pay lower than customer service in other companies. Constantly changing targets and refusing to pay what is owed. So find yourself wiht double the target with one week to go and then getting bullied for it during your performance review albeit having had over 130% with one week to go. Unclear and hidden numbers on other competitions and spiff and the so called stars trip. Long term employees all left in the past six months and were replaced by unexperienced people. I first hand witnessed bullying against pregnant women, muslims and open sexual discrimination. Stay away its a kip going downhill or eventually will move everything to their new pet in Eastern Europe
